What we collect

When you create an invite, we store the email you provide, your chosen date and time (or availability), optional place, timezone settings, and when the invite was created. If the recipient responds, we record when they said yes and which time slot they chose (if applicable). If you submit feedback, we store your star rating, any written comments you share, and optionally a display name if you choose not to stay anonymous.

Why we collect it

Your email is used to send you a notification when someone accepts your invite. Invite details are shown on the shareable link you send. Feedback helps us improve the product. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Only people with your invite link can view the invite page. Recipients do not need an account. We do not publish invites publicly.

How long we keep it

Invites are stored until removed. If you want an invite deleted, email us at hello@askemout.com with the invite link or your sender email.

• Supabase — stores invite data securely
• Resend — sends the yes-notification email to you
• Vercel — hosts the website
